Brazennose House forms the centrepiece in the regeneration of Lincoln Square Manchester. Situated adjacent to Alfred Waterhouse’s Manchester Town Hall, the building celebrates its context in detail and materiality.
It will be surrounded by three key public spaces: Lincoln Square – which fronts the building and forms its address, St Mary’s Church – to the south side a new pocket park will part reveal the façade of The Hidden Gem and Mulberry Square – re-designed and re-landscaped space to the rear.
Brazenness House interacts positively with each public space with retail activity occupying much of the ground floor.
